Refund & Return Policy

lnkys - Refund & Return Policy (Draft) Last updated: August 2026 1. Digital subscription service lnkys is a digital, subscription-based service. There is no physical product to return; this policy explains how refunds work for paid subscriptions. 2. First-time subscribers If you are subscribing to a paid package for the first time, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your first payment, provided your usage stayed within normal evaluation limits. [Placeholder - confirm the exact number of days and any usage threshold with the business owner.] 3. Renewals Renewal charges (i.e. not your first payment on a package) are generally non-refundable once the new billing period has started, except where required by applicable consumer-protection law. 4. Cancelling instead of refunding Cancelling your subscription stops future renewals but does not, by itself, refund the current period. You keep access to your paid features until the end of the period you already paid for. 5. Downgrades If you downgrade to a lower-priced package, the change (and any price difference) applies from your next billing cycle; we do not provide partial refunds for the remainder of the current cycle. 6. Billing errors If you believe you were charged incorrectly (duplicate charge, wrong amount, charge after a cancellation that should have taken effect), contact us and we will investigate and correct any genuine error, including a refund where appropriate. 7. How to request a refund Send a refund request through the contact details on our Contact Us page, including your account email and the reason for the request. We aim to respond within a reasonable time and, where a refund is approved, to process it back to your original payment method. 8. Chargebacks Please contact us before filing a chargeback with your bank or payment provider - most billing issues can be resolved faster directly with us. 9. Changes to this policy We may update this policy from time to time; the version shown on this page is always the current one.
